Early Intervention/NDIS Services

What is autism?

Autism Research Centre – https://autismresearchcentre.com

NDIS currently recognise autism as a disability, and we will help you to start the process of getting funding.

NDIS

Central Coast Family Psychology is a certified registered organisation with NDIS.
Our Allied Health professionals can see clients registered for funding under Early Childhood Intervention Supports, Therapeutic Supports and Behaviour Support

All new NDIS clients start with an intake appointment (parent/carer only) to discuss how we can provide the best therapeutic supports to achieve their NDIS goals.

Clinical Services Available

Central Coast Family Psychology offers a range of high-quality professional services with fees charged as per NDIA guidelines, services include:
Registered Psychologist
Clinical Psychologist
Occupational Therapist (child and adult)
Counsellor
Therapy Assistant Level 2

The consultation Fee is fully covered by NDIS if funding is approved.
Fees will increase annually on 01 July.

Cancellation Fee: 100% of service fee as per NDIS guidelines if less than 48hrs notice unless the appointment can be filled.

NDIS Plan Funding

NDIA: we are an NDIS registered agency and can claim directly through the NDIS Portal.

Self-managed: you must pay at the point of service, and the administration staff will issue you a receipt to claim the funds back directly from the NDIS.

Third-party managed: we will email the invoice directly to the Plan Manager. You are responsible for ensuring that funds are available to pay for the consult. If the Plan Manager does not pay the invoice, you are responsible for ensuring full account payment.

Service Agreement

All our NDIS participants complete a Service Agreement with our organisation, so you know, in advance, what the total cost for services will be.

A separate full breakdown of fees for Assessments and Reporting will be provided to you by your Psychologist or Administration Staff if these services are required (Assessment Contract).

NDIS Participant Handbook

You will be provided with an NDIS Participant Handbook on registration with our service. This will be discussed in further detail during your first consult.

Intake form

All NDIS participants will be sent a link to complete an Intake Form. We have created an easy-to-use online form that can be done on a computer or your phone. This form is securely encrypted.
