ABOUT KYMBRA
Kymbra is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and registered Clinical Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in curiosity and guided by attachment, ecological systems, psychodynamic and relational perspectives.
A key focus of Kymbra’s work is supporting the development of self-identity, emotional understanding, and healthy relationships across the lifespan.
Her work integrates a range of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, trauma-focused interventions, and family systems work.
